About Nick:
I have been a solicitor for more than 20 years and have helped thousands of personal injury and clinical negligence victims to obtain compensation over that period, for injuries ranging from a modest bruising claim to a catastrophic head injury claim on behalf of a child. Away from work, there is rarely enough time to indulge my passion for anything and everything sporting, since I am always busy trying to keep up with our 3 children (and marvelling at how my wife somehow manages to combine doing so with her own legal career)!

About Steve:
I joined LG in August 2000 and I am now in my 11th year with the firm. I started in the Legal Profession in May 1976 dealing with a full range of litigation, matrimonial and crime cases for a private practice. I since have worked for various firms around the Country dealing with Personal Injury cases and also as the Manager for a major Legal Expense Insurance Company. On a personal note I am married to Sally and “enjoying” parenthood with a one year old daughter Ellen. Therefore I have little time for indulging in my hobbies, although I would not change it at all.

Having been with the firm since September 1994, I am truly part of the furniture and now manage the account and IT systems along with overseeing the administrative operations. Personally, I am a rocker at heart and enjoying playing guitar, and keenly partake in numerous sports including golf, snowboarding and running. I also teach karate to kids and adults at a club in Kent where I live.

I grew up in Dubai and returned to the UK to study English law in my teenage years. I began my career at a large Personal Injury law firm in central London before being offered the fantastic opportunity to join Lloyd Green Solicitors’ buzzing Personal Injury team in the heart of Chelmsford. I was thrilled to have been offered a training contract here and I am thoroughly enjoying every minute of it. I hope to qualify in November 2012 and spend a happy career in this thriving firm. In my spare time I enjoy reading, travelling, socialising and listening to music.

I was previously City based for 25 years, then had a blip and ran a pub for a while, (too much like hard work!) before joining LGS seven years ago to work for Lloyd. Active outside work on many fronts, including Latin line dancing, am a keen gardener, and an animal lover. Sport is a big interest for me (watching, not playing), cricket, tennis, golf and football in particular, and for my sins I am an Arsenal supporter, which at times does lead to some interesting debates with Lloyd!

I’m married and have two grown-up children who I love to spend time with. I adore travelling and have been to many amazing places. Within the office, my team and I are often the first port of call with clients who telephone us and I often have a good rapport with many callers! My office nickname, affectionately started by the Senior Partner, is “Auntie”!
